The Festival is offering people who book to see one or both Zombie films the opportunity to find their inner Zombie by taking part in a Zombie School and a Zombie Shuffle to the Embassy cinema” Once you have booked your tickets please contact the Embassy Cinema for more details on how to take part.

Movie Exhibition
To celebrate Ilfracombe Film Festival 2018, we have teamed up with the Bill Douglas Cinema Museum, Exeter to present a special exhibition. This year’s display reflects the variety of films shown at this festival and includes items on Marilyn Monroe, zombies, suffragettes and of course films about the sea.


IFF IN ASSOCIATION WITH PLASTIC FREE NORTH DEVON
Friday at the festival has a strong ecological theme with Plastic Ocean being shown both in the morning to the Ilfracombe Academy students and again in the evening. Plastic Free North Devon will be on hand throughout the day providing information & advice to both individuals & businesses wishing to reduce the amount of plastic in their lives. They will be running Plastic Free Clinics in the foyer of the Embassy Cinema Ilfracombe from: 10-1pm and 4-7pm

WHAT?
With the success of the 2016 Film Festival we continue to grow and for our second Film Festival in 2018 we’ll have another amazing line-up of nearly 50 films and events to suit all ages and tastes.
WHEN?
The Film Festival will run 20-22 April 2018. Events take place throughout the day and evenings. We kick off on Friday with a Surfers and Zombie evening, a gala sing-a-long on Saturday and finish with centenary Sunday.
WHERE?
Ilfracombe is a creative and lively community in North Devon, There are many great pubs, cafes, restaurants and accommodation. Films and events take place in the Embassy Cinema and in and around the town.
HOW?
